Meet the Staff

Kathleen
Kathleen joined Dr. Penrod's dental team in September 2005 and is happy to work with Dr. Penrod and his wonderful team. "It's exciting to work with a team who are really dedicated to their patients and determined to give the best care possible." Kathleen started in dentistry 12 years ago earning her RDA and eventually working as an Office Manager for a specialty practice. She looks forward to using her skills and experience to make sure every patient has a positive dental experience each time they visit our office. Kathleen and her husband have two daughters and spend as much time as they can on Lake Mead boating.

Daniele
Daniele was very excited to join the Penrod Dental Care team in April of 2007 as their Hygiene Coordinator. She strives to make sure every patient is warmly welcomed, treated like family, and are completely happy with their dental experience. Daniele feels that Dr. Penrod does extraordinary dental work, and that he is very honest and thorough in everything he does. She started in the industry as a Dental Assistant in 2004 after she had her son Kai. She enjoys traveling, going to the beach & lake, and dirt biking with family and friends.

Dani
Dani joined Penrod Dental Care in September 2007 as the Financial Coordinator. Dani has worked in dentistry since 1979, starting out as a RDA in general dental and specialty offices. For the last ten years she was a Practice Manager and Consultant in Northern California. "I love Southern California and am proud to be part of a team that provides exceptional dentistry in such a professional, understanding and caring atmosphere. I strive to make every patient's experience a positive one and attempt to be as accurate as possible in everything I do." When not working, Dani Enjoys SCUBA, camping, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

Vicky
Vicky joined Penrod Dental Care at the start of 2008. She enjoys working in a dental office with such wonderful patients. If you call for an appointment, you will most likely have the chance to meet Vicky. We are happy to have her on our team.

Libby
Libby is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for the last 20 years. She is originally from Sydney, Australia and came to California 14 years ago. She is happy to be a part of Dr. Penrod’s staff and admires the quality of dentistry he performs everyday. Libby enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, shopping and reading.

Jessicah
Jessicah enjoys working as a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for over 5 years. She feels privileged to work along side both Dr. Penrod and Dr. Boehne and is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to all patients. In her free time, she enjoys working out and snowboarding.

Frances
Frances is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for over 14 years. She was born in Hawaii and raised in Southern California. Frances is happy to be working with such a high quality , state of the art team, that still has a personal touch and friendly environment. In her spare time, she enjoys her family and two dogs Minnie and Zoey.

Nicole
Nicole was very excited to join Dr. Penrod’s team in June 2004. She was very impressed with the state of the art equipment, but most of all with the friendly environment. She earned her Bachelors of Science from USC. Nicole has 16 years of experience in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant and Registered Dental Hygienist. She has a genuine concern for the health and well being of each and every person she treats and meets. She strives to provide the highest quality of care in a very caring and gentle way. Nicole is the mother of 2 boys and loves spending her free time with her family. Some of her passions are water skiing, snowboarding, camping, walking, and reading.

Marilynn
Marilynn joined the team at Penrod Dental Care in April 2005. She and her husband have grown children (a son, daughter & daughter-in-law). Her family moved to the Trabuco/Rancho area in 1985 and has seen many changes. One thing that has not changed, however, is Marilynn's passion to give the best possible individualized care to her patients. She has been a Dental Hygienist since 1979 and has enjoyed the opportunity to stay current in the dental profession with the state of the art practice Dr. Penrod offers.

Amie
Amie was excited to join the Penrod Dental Care team in September 2005. She is originally from Houston, Texas where she attended the University of Texas and Texas Woman's University for her hygiene degree. She has been practicing since 2000. Amie moved to California in 2003 with her husband. They now live in San Clemente where she enjoys hiking, reading and yoga and spending time with her new daughter.

Jill
Jill joined Dr. Penrod's state of the art dental practice in June 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 24 years, and a Registered Dental Assistant for 5 years prior to that. Originally from Orange County, she spent 22 years living in the Islands, before moving back to California and resided in Anaheim Hills with her twin sons. In her free time she is passionate about snow skiing.

Angie
Angie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in 1998. She began at Penrod Dental in July 2007, and feels she's found the most modern, up-to-date, and most efficient office she's ever worked in. Away from the office, she enjoys being with her son, Evan, and her husband Dean. They love to travel, being in the outdoors, and spending time with their family and friends.

Sheela
Sheela joined Dr. Penrod in 2002 and has 18 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist. She earned her Bachleor of Science degree from Loma Linda University, graduating in 1998. Sheela feels very proud to work for such an incredibly ethical and competent dentist. She is also the mother of two wonderful boys--Ryan and Adam. Sheela's passion is spending time with her family and friends and she loves to travel, read and enjoy the outdoors.

Aimee
Aimee graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University in Utah. She has her Dental hygiene license in Utah as well as California and has enjoyed working in the dental field since the age of 16. Prior to being a registered dental hygienist she was a registered dental assistant and taught at a dental assisting school in Utah. She enjoys working at Penrod Dental Care and feels she provides an ideal level of care to all of her patients. Aimee is happily married with 4 children and currently resides in Ladera Ranch.

Denise
Denise joined the team at Penrod Dental Care in June 2008. She has lived in Orange County for almost 40 years and raised her daughter (a pediatrician here in RSM) and son (a computer designer for Pixar Studios) here. She is a grandmother to three adorable girls and enjoys cooking, gardening, Pilates, yoga, and making artistic quilts. Denise loves everything about the field of dentistry but is especially passionate about caring for people. Working at Penrod Dental Care allows her to do just that!

Cherie
Cherie could not have been more delighted to join Dr. Penrod's team in June 2008. Prior to pursuing a career in dental hygiene , Cherie obtained her Bachelors of Science in Liberal Studies with a teaching credential from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She went on to complete the dental hygiene program at Cerritos College. Cherie's enjoys serving and educating others with compassion. While away from the workplace she enjoys trail running, mountain biking, going to the beach, camping, backpacking, and traveling with her fiance Eric.
